Simply Education is delighted to be working in partnership with a warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Banbury, which is currently looking to support an Early Career Teacher (ECT) starting in the coming weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their teaching career in a nurturing and well-supported environment. The school offers flexible working options, including part-time (as little as 0.2) and full-time contracts based on your availability.
What We're Looking For:
This role is ideal for someone who is:
An Early Career Teacher (ECT) working towards or recently awarded Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) via PGCE, GTP, or Bachelor of Education.
Confident and enthusiastic about teaching within Key Stage One or Key Stage Two.
Keen to develop strong classroom management skills in a supportive environment.
Open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to ongoing professional growth.
Passionate about making a positive impact on the learning and lives of primary pupils.
Please note: All applicants must provide two years of references and complete an enhanced DBS check. The role is subject to a satisfactory background screening.
