Simply Education is delighted to be working in partnership with a warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Banbury, which is currently looking to support an Early Career Teacher (ECT) starting in the coming weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their teaching career in a nurturing and well-supported environment. The school offers flexible working options, including part-time (as little as 0.2) and full-time contracts based on your availability.



What We're Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone who is:

  • An Early Career Teacher (ECT) working towards or recently awarded Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) via PGCE, GTP, or Bachelor of Education.

  • Confident and enthusiastic about teaching within Key Stage One or Key Stage Two.

  • Keen to develop strong classroom management skills in a supportive environment.

  • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to ongoing professional growth.

  • Passionate about making a positive impact on the learning and lives of primary pupils.

Please note: All applicants must provide two years of references and complete an enhanced DBS check. The role is subject to a satisfactory background screening.
