The Role – Care Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager
As our Care Home Manager, you’ll take full operational leadership of a modern, high-quality care home. Your focus will be on driving clinical excellence, compliance, and resident wellbeing while fostering a culture of compassion and continuous improvement.
You will:
- Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practice guidelines.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
- Use data and digital care planning to enhance quality and efficiency.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Registered Manager or Nursing Home Manager with a proven track record in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
