Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedules of senior directors, including meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with organising events, conferences, and team activities.
- Ensure office systems and processes operate efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.
Profile
The successful Executive Assistant will have:
- Previous experience in a similar EA/PA support role.
