Description

Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily schedules of senior directors, including meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with organising events, conferences, and team activities.
  • Ensure office systems and processes operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.

Profile

The successful Executive Assistant will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar EA/PA support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
