Position: Class 1 Driver
Pay:17.35 - 19.00 per hour
Hours:AM / PM shifts available (07:00 earliest starts to 16:00 latest starts)
Days:Saturday & Sunday. Possible extra shifts during the weekday
Role includes, and not limited to:
- Transport goods between different locations, ensuring efficient delivery schedules
- Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle for trunking operations, adhering to company policies
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and report any issues
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details
- Communicate effectively with the transportation team and other drivers to coordinate trunking operations
- Some handballing required
Requirements:
- Held C+E licence for 6 months minimum
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Full UK licence, valid CPC card and digital tacho card
