The M&E Supervisor position is based in Harwell, Oxfordshire, offering a salary of up to £55,000 plus an electric vehicle car allowance.
The role involves supervising three engineers and managing various subcontractors responsible for maintenance of critical site infrastructure.
Candidates should possess an Electrical bias with 18th Edition and 2391 Testing and Inspection certifications, along with a strong understanding of mechanical building services systems.
Applicants must have prior experience managing a team of engineers, preferably in a pharmaceutical or critical environment.
This is a brand new contract lasting over five years, requiring a commitment to safety through method statements and risk assessments.

M&E Supervisor - Oxford - to £55k plus EV car.

Based at a brand new high technology pharma site in Harwell, Oxfordshire, reporting into the contract manager, you will supervise 3 engineers and oversee a variety of subcontractors, which between them carry out reactive and planned maintenance of critical site infrastructure, including HV, LV, Diesel Generators, UPS, clean rooms, labs, de-ionised water, hepa filters etc.

You will ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used and you will operate a permit to work system for subcontractors.

With an Electrical bias, you will have 18th Edition and 2391 Testing and Inspection and a solid understanding of mechanical building services systems. You will have previously managed a team of engineers and preferably have worked in either a pharma or critical environment previously.

This is brand new 5 year plus 2 contract.
