We've been engaged by one of the leading integrated waste management companies in the UK to recruit a Senior Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor. The role is focused on promoting a positive culture and to improve health and safety performance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities of the Senior Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor will include:

Promoting a positive health and safety culture across multiple sites
Designing and delivering engaging health and safety training sessions to employees
Maintaining accurate health and safety records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Working with the health and safety team to develop and implement new initiatives that enhance workplace safety and drive continuous improvement

The successful Senior Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor will have:

Proven experience in a similar health and safety role. Experience within high risk industries such as waste would be beneficial but not essential
NEBOSH certificate or equivalent and an understanding of ISO 45001 & 14001
An enthusiastic and positive approach to health and safety
