Cleaning Team Leader- FM Service Provider - Didcot - Up to 29,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity for an experiencedTeam Leaderto work for an established Facilities company on a unique site based inDidcot. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within Facilities Management and can start immediately.

Hours of work / Details :
  • Monday to Thursday - 07:45am to 17:00pm /Friday - 07:45am to 12:15pm
  • Immediate start
  • Permanentposition
  • Drivinglicencerequired

Responsibilities:
  • Notice and report any H&S issues that may arise within the estate
  • Complete monthly audit inspections with the client
  • To undertake weekly cleaning and safety inspections
  • Ensure that the team understand and work to task schedules
  • React to all requests from the client or management team within the specified time frame
  • Monitor and complete accurate registration of attendances and the rescheduling of cleaning
  • Ensuring the team are following the H&S regulations
  • Support the delivery of training to the soft services team
  • Assist the Cleaning & Services Managers in delivering a fully compliant operation
  • With the Cleaning Manager, conduct performance reviews and appraisals
  • Dealing with stock management
  • Ensure weekly documents are completed on site in line with policy including: planning rotas, schedule planning and task sheets

Requirements:
  • Previous experience ofleadershipoperations in anenvironment
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and application of relevant standards and legislation such as COSHH
  • Assessments, hygiene standards and health and safety management
  • Good command of English language, both written and oral
