What You'll Do:

As a Logistics Support Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Logistics Team Leader and the wider logistics team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Order Management: Place and monitor orders with external suppliers, ensuring materials and services meet operational requirements.
  • Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely and complete deliveries, escalating any issues to meet customer expectations.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Work with Third-Party Logistics providers to keep tracking of material movements up to date.
  • Performance Measurement: Contribute to measuring departmental/team performance, helping achieve the highest possible individual and team objectives.
  • Reporting: Collate information from stakeholders to produce regular reports that support the management team.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Stay informed about relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Direct Accountability: Place and monitor orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality of materials.
  • Indirect Accountability: Support management in achieving business objectives and maintaining an efficient logistics operation.
