Would you like to join my team? I am a young lady living at home with my family in Didcot, Oxfordshire. We are looking for additional team members to help support me in my home and out in the community. I enjoy socialising and going out so its important that you can drive my vehicle.
I am searching for a personal assistant who can help me live my life to the fullest. I enjoy daily outings, meeting new people and taking part in fun activities; I enjoy bowling, going shopping and going on walks.
I have complex health and support needs which include some clinical support so I must have confident and competent staff who are good communicators and can use my equipment safely. I have support with all aspects of my daily living, including personal care, feeding and administering medicines through my Mickey Tube, and moving and handling support, including all transfers. I also require regular chest physio and suctioning. Whilst I need all this support, I must remain as independent as possible and be given opportunities to choose and be involved in my decisions.
Shifts normally consist of the following schedule, based on a four-week Rota:

Tuesday 4pm-10pm
Saturday 4pm-10pm
Sunday 7am-4pm
Sunday 4pm-10pm
Week 2
Saturday 1pm-10pm
Sunday 1pm-10pm
Week 3
Tuesday 4pm-10pm
Saturday 7am-4pm
Saturday 4pm-10pm
Sunday 7am-4pm
Sunday 4pm-10pm
Week 4
Saturday 1pm-10pm
Sunday 1pm-10pm
There is an opportunity to increase regular working hours, this can be discussed during the interview stage.

I require female drivers who have a clean, full UK driving license so that they can drive my vehicle.
The ideal candidate will be committed, reliable, flexible, and have a positive and caring nature with a cheerful personality and excellent communication skills.
Experience in care and Learning Disabilities is desirable, however, this is a great opportunity for someone willing to learn and expand their knowledge in health and social care.
