Housing Repairs & Maintenance

Our client, a local authority based in Oxford are currently looking for an experienced Scheduler/Planner to join their office support team. My client currently carry out day to day repairs and maintenance to social housing properties and have a fast paced, busy office environment.

Job Purpose;

• Answering customer calls/emails and enquiries via our portal regarding repairs and planned service works
• To allocate jobs to suitable operatives within allocated areas
• General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required
• Organise & manage operatives diaries
• Deal with tenant issues and complaints in a professional and friendly way

Candidate Specification;

The candidate must have experience working in a fast paced working environment. Candidates must be computer literate and have strong communication skills on the phone, with an ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Someone who is customer focused and enjoys working to KPI’s is also ideal.

This is a temporary positiom and minimum of 6 months work with posibility of permanent work.
