Description
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist in updating cash flow statements
- Journal preparation and processing
- Manage mailbox
- Accounts Payable support - raising purchase orders, reconciling bank accounts, uploading bank transactions onto the system
- Accounts Receivable support - raising sales invoices, ensuring debt settled with agreed terms
Profile
The Finance Assistant will be/have:
- Experience in a similar Finance role
- Good Excel skills
- Experience using a Finance system/s
- Immediately available
