Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated PE teacher to join their team. This permanent role is perfect for someone passionate about sports and inspires their students to lead a healthy lifestyle!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective PE lessons and deliver to students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching strategies.
- Participate in school activities and events.
- Build positive relations with each class to encourage engagement.
- Communicate with parents about behaviour if necessary and on parent’s evenings.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching PE at the secondary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
