My client is seeking an experienced, organised and people-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee their busy restaurant operations.
Youll bring strong fine dining experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality ensuring smooth daily service and an outstanding guest experience within a distinctive hotel and countryside setting.
- Manage daily restaurant operations across breakfast, dinner, Sunday lunch and special events
- Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver consistent, high-level service
- Work closely with the Head Chef on menus, specials and seamless kitchen coordination
- Oversee reservations, staffing, and guest flow to maximise efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation and ambience across all dining areas
- Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations
- Support private hire events and special functions as needed
- Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Proven experience in fine dining restaurant management
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Excellent communication and guest service standards
- Good financial awareness budgeting, cost control and forecasting
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Hospitality or F&B management qualification preferred
- WSET Qualifications Level 2-3
- Drivers as the location is quite remote
