About the Role

As part of the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) / Pending team, you'll be the initial point of contact for individuals and partners involved in road traffic accidents, including:

  • Insurance brokers

  • Solicitors

  • Accident management companies

  • Private individuals

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking new claim instructions and providing updates to clients

  • Selling accident management services in a professional and persuasive way

  • Organising delivery of hire vehicles

  • Liaising with insurers, garages, and other stakeholders

  • Managing case files using the company's case management system

  • Assisting other departments when needed

  • Supporting the management team with administrative tasks
