About the RoleAs part of the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) / Pending team, you'll be the initial point of contact for individuals and partners involved in road traffic accidents, including:

Insurance brokers

Solicitors

Accident management companies

Private individuals

Taking new claim instructions and providing updates to clients

Selling accident management services in a professional and persuasive way

Organising delivery of hire vehicles

Liaising with insurers, garages, and other stakeholders

Managing case files using the company's case management system

Assisting other departments when needed

Supporting the management team with administrative tasks
