Your new companyHays are currently working with a market-leading, international business that has experienced significant growth to become the number one player in their industry. This organisation is now looking for an experienced finance professional to work with their established finance team as a Finance Business Partner and drive commercial growth.Your new roleThis role will primarily be focused on being the liaison between finance and the business operations. You will work as part of the wider FP&A team and be a crucial part in the development of commercial outcomes. Specifically, this will include:

  • Preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts
  • Challenging operational efficiencies and working with business unit leaders to influence financial outcomes
  • Utilise and analyse data to drive informed decision-making
  • Work with various business units to suit individual needs
  • Re-forecasting monthly financials and working with non-finance staff to establish best practice

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis from the Diss office.What you'll need to succeedYou will ideally be a qualified accountant but must have strong commercial finance exposure. You must be confident in working with multiple business units and stakeholders simultaneously and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will be accustomed to working with large data sets and have experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling. Experience working in an international or multi-site business would be highly advantageous. You must have excellent Excel skills and a working of knowledge MS Navision, Cognos and PowerBI would also be advantageous.What you'll get in returnYou will receive a highly competitive salary package, plus a £5.5k car allowance, 30 days annual leave (increasing with service), enhanced pension contributions and enhanced paternity leave, as well as a range of flexible benefits.
