Michelle Denny Recruitment Consultancy are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking legal firm specialising in personal injury claims, in their search for a confident and experienced Administration Team Lead.This is a fully office-based role, working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm, with a salary equal to your level of expertise. The RoleAs Administration Team Lead, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced Client Care Team, the first voice and support our client’s experience. You’ll ensure smooth workflow, top-tier service delivery, and provide leadership that drives performance, growth, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities – List not exhaustive
  • Lead, support, and inspire the Client Care Team
  • Manage team performance, workloads, annual leave and absences.
  • Oversee new personal injury referrals and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Deliver training, development, and performance reviews.
  • Represent the team in leadership meetings and share key KPIs with senior management.
  • Build and maintain excellent, value-adding working relationships with colleagues across the business to explore new ideas and developments alongside sharing best practice.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other teams, both third parties and across the business.
  • Develop relationships with clients and colleagues by providing a friendly, efficient service.
  • Key holder for opening and closing the office at the start and end of a shift.
You will have
  • Proven experience in team leadership (legal, insurance or client services environment preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional communication and client care skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A natural leader with a coaching mindset
  • High attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Passion for supporting others to reach their potential.
  • Experience with use of MOJ portal
