Michelle Denny Recruitment Consultancy is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, well-established insurance company based in Diss, Norfolk in their search for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support their friendly team in a fast-paced working environment.
This is a three-month fixed-term contract, ideal for recent graduates who are keen to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.Â
Full training is provided, and previous experience is not required.
Salary: Up to £26,000 (pro rata), depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm Location: Diss, Norfolk,  hybrid working offered once established (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

About the Role
In this key support role, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of the claims department by assisting with documentation, data management, and internal communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process claim-related documentation and correspondence
- Maintain internal databases and filing systems
- Monitor shared inboxes and allocate tasks accordingly
- Coordinate diaries and follow-ups for the claims team
- Provide general administrative support, including scanning, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain accurate, compliant records in line with regulatory requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A friendly, professional, and proactive ‘can do’ attitude
Previous administrative experience is a bonus, especially in a professional services or insurance setting, but not essential, if you're ready to learn and contribute, we want to hear from you.
