Michelle Denny Recruitment is thrilled to be working with a respected legal firm in the heart of Diss, Norfolk, who specialise in handling personal injury claims for vulnerable road users. Renowned for their exceptional client care and strong results, they’re on the lookout for an experienced Fast Track Personal Injury Claims Handler to join their friendly and supportive team. This role offers a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday with a fully remote or hybrid option of three days in the office and two days working from home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Fast Track Personal Injury Claims Handler, you’ll take the lead on a caseload of approximately 125 fast-track claims, guiding your clients through the process with care and professionalism. From start to finish, you’ll ensure cases are handled efficiently, settlements are reached, and clients feel fully supported every step of the way.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own caseload of fast-track personal injury claims, with a focus on vulnerable road users.
  • Keeping clients informed in a clear and empathetic way, including cost updates and settlement progress.
  • Negotiating settlements with insurers and other parties to secure the best outcomes.
  • Reviewing medical reports and evidence to assess liability and accurately value claims.
  • Providing clear advice on settlement ranges and next steps.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records on the case management system.

  • Strong knowledge of personal injury legislation and claims processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
