- Take ownership of all inbound calls and respond promptly
- Advise on and process parts enquiries and orders for trade & public customers
- Provide accurate product information and track orders to completion
- Upsell parts and accessories where appropriate
- Maintain detailed records and ensure high standards of customer service

- Large stockholding of OEM parts and accessories, supported by fast delivery and excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Confident telephone manner with both trade and public callers
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Previous vehicle parts or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential – full training provided
