Hays is pleased to be working with a specialist legal firm in South Norfolk who are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Team Leader.

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for the training, development and running of the Client Care Team. You will manage absences within the team, and ensure that work is completed in a timely manner. You will also look after any referrals received and allocate tasks within your team. You will work closely with senior management by providing feedback on the performance of your team in a bid to monitor progression opportunities within the team. Overall, you are responsible for the everyday management of the team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience running a team, preferably in a legal, insurance, or professional services environment. They will have a passion for developing people, a desire to affect positive change in processes, and are able to demonstrate a strong technical ability as they will be completing legal forms and interacting with solicitors.
