My client is recruiting for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their firm in Diss, Norfolk on a hybrid basis.

We’re looking to recruit an experienced Multi Track RTA Solicitor to join our fast-growing team in Diss, South Norfolk.

Ideally, you’ll at least 1+ years’ experience with a proven track-record of handling your own caseload of Multi Track claims, with a value of up to £1m.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage between 40 - 60 Intermediate Track/Multi Track claims from cradle to grave.
  • Build upon existing professional relationships with case managers, rehabilitation and medical agencies, accident investigators and barristers.
  • Develop relationships with new clients to include home and site visits where necessary.
  • Be able to clearly explain to clients their funding options.
  • Work alongside the current Multi Track and CAT Loss team.
  • Attend court hearings.
  • Litigate claims at the appropriate time.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Communication will be core to your role, as well as proactive people management
  • Other critical elements of this role include the ability to prioritise effectively as well as to identify and champion business improvement opportunities
  • Build and maintain excellent, value-adding working relationships with immediate colleagues across the Group to explore new ideas and developments alongside sharing best practice.
  • Provide assistance with COLP & COFA Activities
  • Provide support and coaching to the wider team, to improve capability and overall competency.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the wider team’s targets and objectives, supporting the growth and profitability of the business.

Key Experience & Requirements

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role, with demonstrable experience in settling high-value Multi Track cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Knowledge of Regulatory requirements governing the industry.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills getting the best possible outcome for all clients.
