- Manage all aspects of third-party motor claims up to £50,000.
- Independently handle and negotiate complex liability disputes, including litigated cases.
- Act as a technical referral point for colleagues, providing guidance and mentoring support.
- Assist the Team Leader with distribution of workload and ensure continuity of service.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external partners at all levels.
- Communicate liability decisions clearly and negotiate settlements within your authority.
- Assess claim quantum by gathering relevant documentation and evidence.
- Maintain accurate reserves and ensure timely claim closures using the internal diary system.
- Deliver exceptional client service through efficient and friendly communication.
- Proven experience managing motor claims up to £50,000 in value.
- Strong background in credit hire is essential.
