Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in facades, structural steelwork, or glazing?

What you’ll do

Take projects from contract award through design, procurement, and delivery

Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time, quality delivery

Manage budgets, programmes, risks, and progress reporting

Collaborate with design, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams
-
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
What we’re looking for
-
Proven Project Management experience in facades, glazing or steelwork
-
OR background with a main contractor on projects with significant facade or steelwork packages
-
Knowledge of commercial, contractual, and Health & Safety standards
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Relevant qualifications (Black CSCS, SMSTS – Appointed Persons CPCS desirable)

This is a hybrid role to suit your circumstances split between the head office in Norfolk, Site and home office. Projects are spread across the UK.
