Key Responsibilities:

Catheter Care: Assist with the safe and hygienic management of a catheter, including flushing through

Oxygen Therapy: Support with the correct use of oxygen equipment, monitor oxygen levels, and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.

Glucose Monitoring: Regularly measure blood glucose levels, ensure the correct recording of readings, and assist with any necessary adjustments to diet or medication.

Provide general support with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility assistance, and emotional support.

Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
