Key Responsibilities:

  • Glucose Monitoring: Regularly measure blood glucose levels, ensure the correct recording of readings, and assist with any necessary adjustments to diet or medication.

  • Provide general support with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility assistance, and emotional support.

  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.

  • Promote a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
