About the Role:As a Teacher in the specialist setting, you will deliver engaging, creative, and individualised lessons that meet the specific needs of each pupil. You'll work as part of a collaborative and caring team to support students' academic, emotional, and social development in a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages pupil engagement
- Assess and track pupil progress, adapting your approach where necessary
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and external professionals
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and participate in enrichment activities
- Uphold safeguarding and welfare responsibilities at all times
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Child DBS on the update service
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in an SEN setting is desirable but not essential
- A creative, flexible, and resilient teaching style
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A commitment to inclusive practice and ongoing professional development
- A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs succeed
