Key Responsibilities:
Ensure seamless operation and peak performance of production machinery.
Conduct regular maintenance and swift repairs to promptly address any issues.
Proactively identify and resolve potential equipment concerns.
Provide technical support to optimise production efficiency.
Troubleshoot electrical systems and PLCs to prevent downtime effectively.
What We're Seeking:
Solid electrical knowledge with a focus on effective fault-finding.
Proficiency in PLCs and control systems.
Previous experience in maintenance within a fast-paced environment (preferably in packaging).
Proactive problem-solving approach to maintenance challenges.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Shifts and Training:
Rotating shifts: Monday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00, and Friday, 17:00 - 22:00.
Initial 6-week training period on day shifts (08:00 - 16:00) to familiarise yourself with our systems.
