Staffs Engineering Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established and reputable transport operator in Diss, currently seeking two experienced PSV/HGV Engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a highly rewarding position with £60,000+ earning potential, working in a state-of-the-art, heated workshop maintaining a quality fleet of buses and coaches.

The Role:

• Carry out repairs, maintenance, and preventative servicing on a mixed fleet of buses and coaches.

• Work with the latest diagnostic tools and modern workshop technology.

• Provide maintenance support for both the company’s own fleet and customer vehicles.

• Take part in an on-call/standby rota as part of a shared team schedule.

• Enjoy flexible, staggered shift patterns — hours to be discussed at interview.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

• PSV/HGV licence beneficial but not essential.
