Site Manager - Dolgellau - DWP Office Refurbishments (Late Shifts)

I am working with a large privately owned contractor that specialises in fit-out, maintenance, and refurbishments across a variety of sectors.

The company has recently won a contract refurbishing offices across the UK on late shifts, and are looking for a Site Manager to manage a DWP project in Dolgellau, with additional local work likely following on the same contract.

The Role
This assignment involves managing successive DWP office refurbishments (not simultaneously). You will oversee the day-to-day running of the project, reporting to a visiting Project Manager, while coordinating multiple trades in a customer-facing environment.

Hours: 4 shifts per week, Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm-4:30am

Key Requirements:

  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness qualifications

  • Experience managing refurbishment or fit-out projects, preferably in live or occupied environments

  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple trades
