Full Job Description:
M4 Specialist are recruiting for aClass 2 Driverto work in the commercial and domestic recycling sector for our client based inDoncaster. Driving assessment Monday 2nd June 2025 at 9amand Induction Tuesday 3rd & Wednesday 4th June (must be available ongoing from this date). Usual start times between 5-7am.

What will I be doing as a Class 2 Driver ?
The role will involve the driving and operation of vehicles collecting Industrial and Commercial waste and recycling from our clients customers, delivering a high standard of service and always ensuring compliance with our clients customers Health and Safety rules as well as our own.
What are the requirements?
You must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team, delivering a high level of customer service. Experience in waste industry welcomed but not essential as training will be provided.
The role of a Class 2 Driver also requires:
An HGV Class 2 license as well as a CPC & Digitacho card are essential.
Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable though not essential.
Experience of working with Rear Compaction Vehicles is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Good local knowledge of the driving area,
Awareness of the safe operations of weighbridge and waste transfer station operations would be an advantage.
Pay rates for a Class 2 driver:
£13.96ph Days
£17.34ph Overtime
PAYE role only
Weekly pay
Requirements for the role of Class 2 driver:
Be aged 25 or over
Hold a valid UK Class 2 licence (6 months experience)
Have valid CPC and Digi Card
No more than 6 points on your licence
