Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

About the Role:
Ideal Recruit are looking for an experienced Joiner to join our client’s team in Cadeby. The successful candidate will be working within a factory producing high-quality moulds for precast concrete products.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture timber moulds and formwork for precast concrete.

• Work accurately to drawings and specifications.

• Ensure a high standard of finish and attention to detail.

• Operate safely and effectively within a busy workshop environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Joiner (ideally within precast moulds or formwork).

• Strong practical skills and ability to read technical drawings.

• Reliability and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Commitment to health & safety standards.
