Manufacturing Quality Assistant

Thorne

Monday to Friday ( Saturdays will be required, when busy )

Week 1 06.00 - 14.30

Week 2 14.30 - 23.00

12.77 + Bonus + overtime

As a quality assistant, you will support customer and supplier problem resolution with our clients manufacturing processes and help quality improvements.

Saturdays will be required, overtime and Bonus rates available

What will you be doing as a Quality Assistant:

  • Primarily supporting the Quality Inspector or Co-ordinator providing them with data and results from product or process measurements
  • Supporting in resolving issues within the manufacturing processes
  • Supporting goods in-supplier assessment and resolving customer complaints
  • Assisting in supporting site calibration and document control

What do you need to qualify for the Quality Assistant:

  • Previous experience in a quality environment
  • NVQ level 2 in manufacturing would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated and have a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
