We’re working with a reputable business services company in Doncaster that’s looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a full-time, office-based position offering long-term stability and a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

The Role:

As a key part of the customer service team, you'll be responsible for managing key client accounts, supporting internal teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery from start to finish. The role involves a strong mix of communication, coordination, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with a portfolio of business clients, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing support.

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving any issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Work closely with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order handling and service delivery.

  • Provide support to the Business Development team through reporting, client updates, and account insight.

  • Keep internal systems up to date with accurate customer data, pricing, and service history.

  • Identify opportunities to add value through additional products or services.

  • Manage a high volume of administrative tasks with precision and reliability.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to customer service processes.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or internal sales (ideally in a B2B environment)

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with both clients and colleagues

  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and a variety of internal software tools
