We’re working with a reputable business services company in Doncaster that’s looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a full-time, office-based position offering long-term stability and a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
The Role:As a key part of the customer service team, you'll be responsible for managing key client accounts, supporting internal teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery from start to finish. The role involves a strong mix of communication, coordination, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:-
Build strong relationships with a portfolio of business clients, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing support.

Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving any issues efficiently and professionally.

Work closely with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order handling and service delivery.

Provide support to the Business Development team through reporting, client updates, and account insight.

Keep internal systems up to date with accurate customer data, pricing, and service history.

Identify opportunities to add value through additional products or services.

Manage a high volume of administrative tasks with precision and reliability.

Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to customer service processes.

Previous experience in customer service, account management, or internal sales (ideally in a B2B environment)

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with both clients and colleagues
