About the Job
TheProjects Managerrole is a pivotal position responsible for leading and delivering innovation projects across the business.
Youll manage project teams and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of high-impact initiatives focused on the companys diverse vitamin and sports supplement product range.
The Project Manager will be instrumental in driving change, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects meet quality, budget, and time expectations.
This is a hands-on, strategic role with real influence across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to deliver against strategic objectives
- Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and risk
- Develop, manage, and track budgets while ensuring project delivery within financial constraints
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
- Ensure project outcomes meet the highest quality standards and compliance measures
- Provide guidance on best practices and contribute to process enhancement
- Support the transformation strategy with clear execution of change initiatives
What Were Looking For
- A degree in project management, business management, or a related discipline
- Ideally certified in one of the following: PRINCE2, APM, PMI, PMP, CAPM, CSM, IAPM
- Proven experience in managing projects within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or FMCG environment
- Practical understanding of resource and budget management
- Confidence in using project management tools, databases, and Microsoft Office software
