Are you a Business Development Manager or similar with experience in Modular Buildings or Education looking to join an Award Winning company offering progression opportunities and a generous commission structure to boost your income?

This company, established over 65 years ago have since seen excellent growth, now with over 350 employees they have won multiple awards for their work in recent years. They offer permanent and temporary Modular Building solutions to a wide client base and are now looking to add a Business Development Manager to their dedicated Sales team.

In this autonomous role you will work closely with the Sales Director and other BDM's as you generate your own leads and manage the sales process from cradle to grave. You will be focused on the Education sector, developing sales pipelines and building key relationships. You will work to sales targets and be generously rewarded for your work.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager or similar with experience in Modular Building or Education looking for a varied and autonomous role within a multi-million pound company, offering progression, a generous commission structure and hybrid working.

The Role:

  • Generating your own leads within the Education sector.
  • Managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to finalisation.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors and other BDM's, joining a dedicated sales team.
  • Excellent company benefits including 10% pension contribution, hybrid and flexible working, holiday buy back scheme.

The Person:

  • Business Development Manager or similar.
  • Background in Modular Buildings or Education sector.
  • Hybrid (1 day a week in Beverley office).
