  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare reports on site performance.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or clients promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Site Manager role, with experience from Groundworks, Shellworks up to interiors.
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the site environment.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

Must Have:

  • Must be Technical, be able to use a computer/laptop.
  • Must have a SMSTS and hold a First Aid Ticket.
  • Must be able to read and understand Plans and Drawings.
  • Must be able to speak English.
  • Must have previous experience.
