Role: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Doncaster
Salary: 29300
Shift: Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00
An opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a high-performing, fast-paced operation. You'll take ownership of day-to-day warehouse performance, leading and developing a team of Operatives and Trainee Supervisors to meet safety, productivity, and service standards.
Warehouse Team Leader Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams through structured 1:1s, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Drive operational efficiency to meet customer web and store demand on time and in full.
Ensure full compliance with all H&S routines, audits, and risk assessments, promoting a strong safety culture.
Monitor labour planning and resource levels, highlighting issues and recommending solutions.
Track KPIs and create recovery plans when targets are missed.
Work closely with Shift Managers and wider leadership teams to deliver continuous improvement and culture change initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
Proven background inLogistics Distribution and Supply Chain.
Strong people-management capability with the ability to coach, influence, and motivate.
Solid understanding of warehouse systems and performance metrics.
Customer-focused, resilient, and adaptable to fast-moving environments.
Confident problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on approach.
