We’re looking for a confident and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our busy manufacturing team in Doncaster on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role:In this key position, you’ll be the link between our customers and internal departments, ensuring that orders, enquiries, and updates are handled professionally and efficiently. After a successful 12-week temporary period, there’s a great opportunity for the role to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Accurately process and track sales orders

  • Liaise with production and logistics to ensure timely dispatch

  • Maintain customer records and databases

  • Support the wider team with general administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a customer service or admin role within an office environment

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
