Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in your subject area.
- Support the academic and personal development of students.
- Plan and prepare lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to a positive school community by working closely with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to continue growing as a teacher.
What We're Looking For:
- Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) with a PGCE, SCITT, or equivalent qualification.
- Passionate about teaching and inspiring students to achieve their potential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a supportive environment.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to work across different year groups and subjects.
- A commitment to high standards of teaching and professional practice.
