Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in your subject area.
• Support the academic and personal development of students.
• Plan and prepare lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to a positive school community by working closely with colleagues, parents, and students.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to continue growing as a teacher.

What We're Looking For:

• Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) with a PGCE, SCITT, or equivalent qualification.
• Passionate about teaching and inspiring students to achieve their potential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A willingness to learn and develop within a supportive environment.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm to work across different year groups and subjects.
• A commitment to high standards of teaching and professional practice.
