Are you passionate about early education and ready to make a real difference in the classroom? We’re looking for a confident and caring Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant primary school this September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in EYFS and Key Stage 1 settings and is confident delivering phonics interventions.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Stepping into the classroom to deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS and KS1
- Leading engaging Read Write Inc. Phonics sessions to support early literacy
- Providing essential cover during PPA, management, and ECT release time
- Creating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young learners
- A qualified HLTA or someone with a recognised teaching qualification
- Experience working with EYFS and/or KS1 pupils
- Confidence in delivering phonics using the Read Write Inc. programme
- A proactive, nurturing approach and strong classroom presence
