?? What You’ll Need:- EITHER: 2+ years’ experience working with KS1 children in a school setting
- OR: A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification plus 6+ months of school-based experience
- Essential: Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Desirable: Knowledge of Little Wandle phonics
