Day-to-day of the role:
- Support students with SEMH needs, aiding both their educational and personal growth.
- Assist in creating and maintaining an inclusive learning environment under the guidance of experienced teachers.

- Contribute to classroom management and undertake administrative tasks to ensure a smooth educational process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with children with SEMH needs.
- A compassionate, patient approach, and a strong commitment to student welfare.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under guidance and independently.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEMH support are highly desirable, though not mandatory.
