We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support the Leadership Team of a local authority in Doncaster, including Executive and Service Directors. This pivotal role involves providing high-quality, confidential administrative support to help advance the council's priorities.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage diaries, emails, travel, and meeting arrangements for senior leaders.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and reports.
  • Take minutes at meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Support strategic projects with research and administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with council staff, elected members, partners, and the public.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
  • Strong IT and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional, discreet, and customer-focused approach.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection.
  • Desirable: Experience supporting senior leadership and the ability to analyse complex issues and suggest solutions.
