Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to [insert title - e.g. Director/Manager/Team]. The ideal candidate will be professional, discreet, and capable of managing a diverse and fast-paced workload with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
  • Screen calls, emails, and other communications, responding where appropriate
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Manage filing systems (digital and hard copy) ensuring documents are current and accessible
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Organise events and team meetings as required
  • Support with personal errands or tasks where agreed

Person Specification:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a similar PA or senior administrative role
  • Experience supporting at director level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
