Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to [insert title - e.g. Director/Manager/Team]. The ideal candidate will be professional, discreet, and capable of managing a diverse and fast-paced workload with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications, responding where appropriate
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions
- Manage filing systems (digital and hard copy) ensuring documents are current and accessible
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organise events and team meetings as required
- Support with personal errands or tasks where agreed
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Proven experience in a similar PA or senior administrative role
- Experience supporting at director level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential
