A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager or Mortgage Manager to join a respected and fast-growing whole-of-market mortgage brokerage. Based in South Yorkshire, this role offers a chance to manage and grow a team of skilled mortgage brokers across Sheffield, Doncaster, Rotherham, Barnsley, and the surrounding areas.

This is a key leadership position with excellent progression, top-tier earnings, and the autonomy to shape your team for long-term success.

The Role

As a Mortgage Sales Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of 10-12 estate agency-based mortgage and protection brokers, with full backing to recruit and develop further advisors across the South Yorkshire and Derbyshire areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing, mentoring, and training a team of mortgage & protection advisors
• Driving performance through coaching and KPI analysis
• Conducting regular 1-to-1s and performance reviews
• Supporting brokers to exceed sales and compliance targets
• Recruiting and onboarding new brokers to strengthen coverage in key locations
• Working closely with the Financial Services Director to align strategy and growth

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager or Mortgage Manager
• Strong knowledge of whole-of-market mortgage advice
• Background managing estate agency-based brokers or financial consultants
• Leadership, coaching, and people development expertise
• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South Yorkshire region

This role covers the wider South Yorkshire and northern Derbyshire areas including:

• Sheffield
• Doncaster
• Rotherham
• Barnsley
• Matlock
• Chesterfield
• Worksop
