What You'll Be Doing
Making outbound sales calls to both new prospects and existing clients
Generating qualified appointments for field-based Client Relationship Managers
Building and nurturing relationships to maximise client lifetime value
Prospecting targeted sectors to generate fresh business opportunities
Handling objections and uncovering client needs through consultative selling
Accurately updating client records and opportunities using Salesforce CRM
Collaborating closely with admin and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in B2B telesales or consultative selling (essential)
A natural new business hunter whos not afraid of cold calling or targets
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
Self-starter with a resilient, positive attitude and a drive to succeed
Able to work independently while contributing positively to a small, high-performing team
The Package
Basic Salary: £28,000 per annum
Bonus Scheme: Uncapped commission realistic OTE £32,000+
