Salary-30,000-34,000

Are you a qualified multi-trade professional looking for your next permanent move?

We are working with a national regeneration company that are looking for a multi-skilled operative as they deliver planned and responsive repairs on social housing properties in Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire

As a multi-skilled operative, you will;

• Carry out a mixture of repairs work on social housing properties
• Complete work to a high standard, whilst making sure that the property is left in a clean state
• Collaborate with team members and subcontractors
• Provide a high standard of customer communication when required

As a multi-skilled operative, is is required that you;

• Are minimum NVQ level 2 qualified in joinery, plastering or another relevant trade
• Have domestic, ideally social housing experience
• Have a full, clean drivers license.

As a multi-skilled operative, you will receive;
