New Build Sales Advisor - Doncaster

New Build Sales Advisor - An exciting opportunity for an experienced new homessales advisor to joina privately owned housebuilder, renowned for delivering premium residential properties. From first-time buyer homes to luxuryfamily residences, their unique designs set them apart.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the customer journey from lead generation to legal completion, ensuring targets are met

  • Maintain consistent contact with purchasers, solicitors, and IFAs to monitor sales progress

  • Keep the Marketing Suite and show homes to brand standards and conduct weekly marketing checks

  • Promote additional upgrades and services, including the Excellence Range and recommended solicitors

  • Liaise with local estate agents and monitor competitor activity to generate leads and insights

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven track record in new build home sales within the housebuilding industry

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport

  • Knowledge of the Consumer Code, GDPR, and relevant industry legislation

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and teamwork skills

  • Proficient in IT systems and CRM tools
