The role offers excellent exposure to a wide range of conveyancing transactions and the opportunity to make a genuine impact in a collaborative, supportive team environment.About the Role:Reporting to the Legal Manager, you will handle your own busy caseload of plot sales, part exchange purchases, and associated re-sales. You will play a key role in progressing transactions smoothly from instruction to completion, while also supporting the wider sales team in achieving key targets.Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing documentation including contract packs, enquiries, and completion statements
- Handling part exchange transactions and registrations
- Liaising regularly with the sales team to achieve timely exchanges and completions
- Generating reports from the case management system
- Delegated supervisory responsibilities where appropriate
- Maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures
About You:Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a conveyancing role
- Strong working knowledge of plot sales and/or new build transactions preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage your own caseload and work independently
- Competent IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
Desirable Qualifications:
- Law Degree
- CILEX qualified or working towards CILEX qualification
- Knowledge of CQS, Solicitors Code of Conduct, and UK Finance Lenders Handbook
