- Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00
- Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00
- 4 on 4 off, 06:00-18:00
- 4 on 4 off, 18:00-06:00
Contract: Ongoing
Pay Rate: 12.21 - 13.96 per hour

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting Transport Admin Clerks to join a busy transport office in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in logistics, working in a modern environment with long-term opportunities and progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with driver debriefs at the end of each shift
- Process driver paperwork, PODs, and delivery documentation
- Accurately input data into transport management systems
- Answer phone calls and emails from drivers and customers
- Maintain compliance records for drivers and vehicles
- Support the transport planning team with day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience (transport/logistics background desirable but not essential)
- Confident IT and data entry skills
- Strong organisation and communication abilities
- Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office
- Valid Right to Work documentation
